This was a busy week in Congress, with passage of the Emmett Till Antilynching Act and the Postal Service Reform Act. The Postal Service Reform Act is intended to maintain mail delivery for 6 days per week and provide fiscal solvency for the USPS by modifying its requirements for pension and retirement health care plans.
