| Position currently available at PADS View Farm, Rising Sun, MD. managing vineyard help & utilizing current viticulture practices to produce premium grapes. Includes a salary for qualified personal with a yearly harvest bonus up to a maximum of 10% of gross harvest revenue by providing only premium grapes to our wineries. Currently have 3-acres & expanding our vineyards to 4.5 acres, growing Merlot Syrah & Petite Verdot, with first grapes planted in 2005. Vineyard manager must be knowledgeable of trellis systems & able to work installing trellis or training those who he manages. Excellent equipment to aid in a successful harvest managing our vineyards are: 2018 Anthony Carraro SRH 9800 Infinity Tractor with 3-point hitch on front & back, 2019 4+1 with top tilting blade Renerri Hedge Trimmer, 2017 Chima Sprayer with 100-gallon tank, Vineyard herbicide sprayer, Bird netting implement, 2020 3-yard loader implement used on Carraro Tractor, 48″ long forks used during harvest to move bins in from vineyards to cool room staging before being shipped to wineries.
